Despite the lack of some of the basic features such as the track and rollers, the Real Relax Favor-03 did well in the features that it has.
Zero Gravity Feature
For a budget chair, it is truly surprising to see the addition of this feature. For a more improved massage experience, this feature is a must-have and Real Relax Favor-03 has this solid feature. But don’t get excited yet because the improvement level is quite limited.
For instance, the massage heads are motionless and if the right spots on the back are missed by the heads when you recline normally, there is nothing that Zero Gravity can do about that.
But you will still be getting slightly more intense massage and a relaxing position during the session. This may be impressive but the lack of rollers and tracks reduces the effectiveness of the Zero-G seating option.
Air Massage Mode
Real Relax did great in its air massage mode feature and you will surely appreciate it like we did. It simply got this feature right. In fact, it could equal to some expensive chairs in this department.
The Favor-03 has 30 first generation airbags that can deliver a quite solid and deep massage experience. So if you are in search for a cheaper way to get great air massage, you can bet on Real Relax to give it to you.
Complete Calf and Foot Massage
We were impressed with the comprehensive calf and foot massage that the chair integrates considering it is an entry-level chair. It uses rollers and airbags for the calves and extra rollers for the soles of the feet.
However, there still needs to be improved despite the really good result since some users have complained about how harsh the massage is. There were also some who had to put padding to the leg ports and foot wells to feel comfortable while they use the feature.
As you can see, there are really great features that the Favor-03 has but it seemed necessary for these features to be improved before you could fully say that they are perfect.
Pros and cons
The lack of some features and unpolished implementation of present features might give you the impression that it is not a good chair at all and could be a waste of your investment.

Real Relax Favor 03 - Detailed review
The Real Relax Favor-03 is an off-brand massage chair and because it is made in China, you should not have high hopes about its marketing support especially if you are in the US.
It does offer 3-year warranty and while that’s good, you might have a hard time to get any problem fixed. It is also the absence of some features that left us wanting for more.
We are not honestly expecting for it to offer everything but we definitely wished for the basic to at least be integrated into the massage chair.
Inexpensive massage chair
Most of the massage chairs we have reviewed so far have either an S-Track or the combination of the L/S tracks. Unfortunately, you cannot enjoy any of these with this Real Relax massage chair. There are no rollers.
The massage is delivered through the eight zones in the back of the chair that offer stationary Shiatsu massage heads placed on a fixed frame. Activating the chair causes the heads to move and your massage session starts.
There are many issues associated with it, particularly in the reality that different users have different shapes. In this case, the massage heads could miss hitting the spots you want them to. Since they are stationary, adjusting them in your desired position is not possible.
The lack of the rollers is probably the reason why the chair costs inexpensive. If you cannot afford to lose this feature, you are better off choosing another chair that offers it.
Designed to fit small/medium bodies!
Apart from the Zero-Gravity seating, air massage mode and the comprehensive calf and foot massage, you can enjoy the rest of its features starting with the extendable ottoman.
The ottoman has an extension module that makes the chair available for users who are up to 6 feet and 3 inches tall. We think that Real Relax did a great job with this addition.
